On Tuesday, November 1st, Colibri Mexican Bistro will celebrate El Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) with a collection of festivities that will run during lunch and dinner service. Face painters, a DJ, and traditional decor will make the holiday celebration come to life.
On top of Colibri’s popular Taco Tuesday al pastor special and chicken tinga tacos, a mushroom and veggie estofado taco and a short list of drink specials that take advantage of Colibri’s fantastic bar and Mezcal program will also be available.
Colibri encourages all diners on November 1st to bring a personal item of their choosing to place on the ofrenda that will be present in memory of a loved one.
