Terra Marin’s Pop Up School & Care Center

Launching May 25th is Terra School’s Pop Up School and Care Center. Designed for essential workers looking for a safe and thoughtfully planned environment for their children, the center is open to students in grades K-5th grade from throughout the Marin County community. Cohorts of 12 students will be supported by two adults who can provide academic guidance and/or fun projects to keep them busy, active and happy. Terra Marin’s Micro-Schools

How do you help your child continue their educational journey while staying protected? Terra Marin's Micro-Schools - an innovative K-8 program based in nature. Building on Terra Marin’s well-established and very successful small-group nature-based earth education model, the micro-school will bring the high caliber Terra Marin curriculum and program out of the classroom and into nature. The unique outdoor classroom model will provide private and semi-private instruction to up to 12 students per class. Students will learn English, Math, Science, Drama, Languages, Music, and Earth Education primarily in the great outdoors (3 days/week in nature, 2 days/week in a sterile classroom). The first Terra Marin Micro-Schools will launch in Woodside, San Francisco, and Mill Valley.
