Larry the Hat’s “Mill Valley Community Block Party” is back. After having to cancel last year’s show that ran for 22 consecutive years, it’s happening on Sunday October 3 (1pm-5:30pm). “This wonderful celebration of life in our magical town is back!” Larry says. “Bigger, better and hopefully safer than ever.”

Our Goodie’s Kid’s Club is a monthly workshop where children 12 years or younger meet for a fun craft project from building birdhouses to making stepping stones to designing holiday ornaments and more!  

I'm Not Racist... Am I? is a feature documentary following a diverse group of teens through a yearlong exploration to get at the heart of racism. Through some tense and painful moments, we see how these difficult conversations affect their relationships with friends and parents, and ultimately challenge them to look deep within themselves.

Mill Valley Sings is a true community event for all ages. It is meant to excite and inspire performers, develop camaraderie, and spread positivity and love.

Please join Silhouette Artist Karl Johnson at our store where he will be creating hand cut silhouette portraits! Each one takes just minutes and all ages are welcome even the squirmy ones. Original Silhouettes are $30. Payment is made at the event. Please reserve one time slot per person, as duplicates are cut at the same time.

Composing Together brings live music, picture books and fun, original poetry. Learn how composers and writers think and work together (can a green hippo visit a water planet? what would it eat there? would it be loud or soft? slow or fast?). Come help the artists create and perform the grand finale!

Mill Valley Chamber Music Society presents the 3rd  concert of its 47thseason of chamber music, highlighting internationally celebrated classical artists. On Sunday, January 26, 2020 the award-winning Gould Piano Trio with Robert Plane, clarinet will perform.
