Make the Future California, featuring the Shell Eco-marathon, is a free and public event that provides an interactive journey of today and tomorrow’s energy and mobility.

It will offer hands-on activities and virtual reality experiences celebrating STEM (science, technology, engineering, math and energy) and is appropriate for all ages.

During the festival, you can see cars of the future in action on the track at Sonoma Raceway, learn how many ways there are to fuel a car and discover how your vegetables could someday arrive via our Starship!

Meet the most innovative students from all over the US and nine other countries and find your role in the future of our world’s energy!
