Marin Music Chest presents its annual "Scholarship Winners Concert" 2:00 p.m. Sunday - May 7, 2023 featuring solo performances by 11 young classical musicians honored with 2023 Marin Music Chest Scholarship awards.

The free concert is open to the public and takes place at First Presbyterian Church of San Anselmo, 72 Kensington Road, San Anselmo CA 94960. The concert showcases musical performances by 2023 Marin Music Chest scholarship award recipients: Dheyan Lim (violin) of Mill Valley, Terence Molloy (double bass) of San Rafael, Risa Squiers (piano) of Sausalito, Isabella Lo (piano) of Kentfield, Kai Sackett (piano) of Corte Madera, Thayer Jacobs (piano) of Mill Valley, Owen Xu (piano) of San Rafael, Alexandra Kiryakina (harp) of Novato, Sydney Li-Jenkins (violin) of Sausalito, Xei Sackett (piano) of Corte Madera, and Calin Blodgett (piano) of San Anselmo.

Marin Music Chest is a private, non-profit organization staffed by an all-volunteer Board of Directors with an extensive musical background and an Artistic Council with professional backgrounds in music. Marin Music Chest has been dedicated to fostering a greater interest and appreciation of classical music in Marin since 1933.
