Things are about to get even cooler at Alameda Point as The Little Ice Rink featuring Off the Grid returns on Wednesday, December 8, 2021. Ice skaters of all ages and levels will enjoy this brand-new 5,000-square-foot indoor/outdoor location that features open air views of the city and the Bay. Of course, Bobby the seal will keep the littlest skaters on balance and skating selfies with the stunning San Francisco skyline in the backdrop are highly encouraged.
The only holiday ice rink in the inner East Bay, The Little Ice Rink has partnered with Off the Grid, which means a rotating selection of delicious food trucks and libations. Adding to the fun, local musicians and DJs will perform on an indoor stage. Patrons will also enjoy the multitude of wildlife along Alameda’s unique shoreline and can sample beverages from one of Spirit Alley’s beloved wineries, breweries, or distilleries.
The Little Ice Rink featuring Off the Grid will open to the public on Wednesday, December 8. It will be open daily through January 17, 2022. Off the Grid will bring in beloved Bay Area food trucks to serve dinner Wednesday through Sunday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., along with lunch Friday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tickets will start at $15 and go on sale on November 10, 2021.
