In Mexico, it is tradition to feature colorful tissue paper banners during the holidays! These paper banners are strung along the streets, decorating the fronts of churches, schools and businesses. These cut tissue paper banners are called "papel picado," which literally translates to "perforated paper." Join instructor Raquel Valentine as she teaches you to make your own papel picado for Día de los Muertos in this FREE class for ages 5 and up.
