You will learn about the significance of candles in the realm of Day of the Dead's culture and ritual. We will then get our hands active with a hot glue gun and all the necessary supplies to create a glowing, adorned-to-perfection candle as an ode to your Beloved. The candle can either be placed on The Ruby's community altar or be carried in the Dia de los Muertos procession to the Festival of Altars on November 2, 2024, at Potrero Del Sol Park.
