The San Domenico Summer camp lineup will continue its tradition of offering children aged 5-18, a rich assortment of sports, academic, and enrichment programs, including art, music, digital art, film, and STEM-oriented programs. SD will also continue its convenient bus service supporting northern and southern Marin families, a hot lunch program, free daily swim in our beautiful new pool, as well as early care and aftercare.

We have received exceptional ratings from thousands of parents and students.
If you're interested in playing casual or competitive chess, join our new drop-in group Novato Checkmates, a US Chess affiliate. This group is open to players of all ages and all ability levels. All chess players are welcome! Fee is $30 per year and only $15 for players under 18 years old. You are able to register at any point in the year. Your membership is good for 12 months starting at the time of registration.
Every week has a different theme. In previous years, themes have included Community, Art, Kitchen Chemistry, Imagination, Science and Engineering, Music Makers, and Outdoor Ed. Many of our themes include engaging STEAM themed projects (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math) for even our youngest campers.
We are one of the few area schools that offer all our academic courses during the summer (pending instructor availability). Summer is a great opportunity for students to accelerate their learning, add a course that is not available at their school, repeat a course for grade remediation, or lighten their load for the upcoming school year. ATDP normally publishes its course catalogs and opens applications over the winter break. The past two years upended our usual timelines, and while we were hoping to return to our usual calendar, continued uncertainties and evolving University policies have required a little more time to plan! We are aiming to have our application process open to the public around mid-January of 2022.
Summer Camp 2024 dates will be added on or before February 1st. The date and time registration opens in February will be included.
