Jennifer is head of the largest social change platform in the world. A certified Benefit Corp, Change.org is part of a new class of companies focused on social good. She has more than 15 years experience in successful startups and big-brand internet companies. She spent 9 years at Yahoo!, ultimately serving as group vice president and general manager of local and commerce. In 2007, Jennifer left Yahoo! to become co-founder and CEO of The Dealmap, which was acquired by Google in 2011, making Jennifer the first female entrepreneur to sell a company to Google. She spent nearly two years leading a global product at Google before joining Change.org in January 2013, joining the ranks of other "super-successful women who have started or grown careers at Google only to jump to other Silicon Valley companies," such as Yahoo!'s CEO Marissa Mayer and Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg. Jennifer writes about leadership, management and entrepreneurship for LinkedIn Influencers, Fortune, Huffington Post and other media outlets.
