Teddy Bear Tea Party

Did you know that September 9th is NATIONAL TEDDY BEAR DAY? What better day to celebrate with a late Sunday afternoon Teddy Bear "TEA PARTY" for children!

P.A.T.H. is inviting up to 50 children ages 3+ with accompanying parent/s to attend this super fun and special Teddy Bear Fundraising Event on Sunday; September 9th  3-4:30pm. 

Children are encouraged to bring their own favorite teddy bear for pictures, treats and eats. Hosted and catered by the Corte Madera BOOK PASSAGE.  

Activities include:

  • Teddy bear book storytelling by BOOK PASSAGE staff
  • Temporary teddy bear tattoo applications
  • Beary healthy eating coloring book
  • Teddy bear face painting
  • Balloons 
  • Books
  • Take home goody bag
  • And more fun surprise 

Teddy bear themed baskets and art will also be available for suggested donation drawing purposes.  Professional photos will be taken (and available for purchase.)

Funds raised go to the purchase of brand new teddy bears to give out to children of incarcerated individuals and KIDS COOKING FOR LIFE.

P.A.T.H. is collaborating with CAN DO Clemency Teddy Bear Care Program and KIDS COOKING FOR LIFE (San Rafael, CA).  The San Bruno MARINE TOYS FOR TOTS will help us distribute the teddy bears at various State prisons prior to the winter holidays.
