Welcome once again to the once-a-month animal adoption segment, "First of the Mutt." Ronnie's Awesome List is proud to partner with various rescue organizations around the Bay Area to feature adorable, adoptable, family-friendly animals find their forever home and help your family find a new best friend and fall madly in love.

Sweet, loving Gypsy is a 2-year-old Shepherd-Doberman mix. She showed up here at Marin Humane with a whole litter of puppies in tow. Both mom and pups spent several weeks in foster; once the pups were weened she went to another foster home until she was ready for adoption. She is now looking for her forever home. ADOPTED

Mary Hoppins is practically perfect in every way! She's been a delight since arriving at the shelter: easy to pick up, friendly and people-oriented, easy for nail trims, and a big fan of her toys. Plus she's obviously a beauty. Talk about a fun little bun! She is young and if well cared for could live up to 10-12 years of age.

This little 3mo old cutie is named Roy Rogers or R.R. for short. He is a special needs kitty with a medical condition involving his esophagus, and while manageable, it will likely be with him for life. However, R.R. doesn't let his condition interfere with his love of playtime or his incredible snuggling skills! Roy Rogers is waiting for that special someone to come and help him along the road of life... could it be you?

You'll be feeling lucky with this Clover! She is 11yrs old and hard of hearing, but Clover will gaze into your eyes until you fall in love with her big, brown ones! She is housebroken, knows how to "sit" and go "down" for a little reward, and is a good walker by always keeping an eye on her human. She would do best in a neighborhood where she can avoid other dogs. Your luck is about to change, so come say hello to Clover today!
