Stay Safe and Active with Firebolts Volleyball Club

Firebolts Volleyball Club is here to provide your child’s academic year with much needed exercise, fun and a safe place to interact with their peers. With kids sitting in front of computers for hours on end, exercise is especially necessary for growing bodies. Our bodies are designed to move which is why Firebolts Volleyball Club is just what a young body needs to stay healthy to succeed this academic year.

Currently enrolling 6-Week, 10-14 Child Cohort Groups. All groups meet at Strawberry Recreation District and Piper Park. Firebolts provides instruction for 9-18 years old with varying skills levels.

Outdoor Volleyball Camp

September 13th - October 24th
With CYO Volleyball's indoor season being pushed back due to COVID-19 our outdoor grass volleyball camps are a great way to keep your child conditioning during this downtime.

Meet the Founders

Lynn Stein was named 1988 San Diego Volleyball Player of the Year. Lynn went onto become one of the nation’s top recruits as she was named Volleyball First Team All American her senior year. She played volleyball on a full scholarship at UC Berkeley. She earned All Pac-10 Conference Freshman Team honors. She was a Cal volleyball representative and named a Cal Assistant Volleyball Coach.

Lynn is a co-founder of the Firebolts Volleyball Club along with her friend Quynh Nguyen, whom she met when their daughters attended preschool together in 2010. These moms share a passion for volleyball and its much needed expansion of the sport.

Quynh Nguyen has been a mentor for youth through CYO volleyball and basketball coaching and on the respective CYO boards. Quynh handles all administration. Email Coach Quynh at quynh@fireboltsvolleyball.com.

Keeping Athletes Safe

We will continue requiring masks amongst players and coaches during competition. In addition we encourage social distancing and daily ball cleaning. To learn more about howe we foster play in a safe environment we have designed a Firebolts COVID-19 Protocol that we follow during each day of camp. All safety measures are in compliance with Marin County Public Health guidelines.
