Best Kids Books Event for Parents, 7pm, children's book specialist, Clare, will guide you through our favorite new books for children ages 0-12, diesel Bookstore, Marin Country Mart, Larkspur.

Dauntless After Dark, 8:30-10pm, high school students, Inspired by the Divergent trilogy, we've created an evening of after-hours excitement, beginning with a game of glow in the dark capture the flag throughout the library and ending with some Dauntless inspired prizes. The first group of thrill-seekers to complete the hunt will be handsomely rewarded, Mill Valley Library.

Santa Venetia Marsh, 9-11am, stroll around beautiful Santa Venetia Marsh. This low-intensity 1 mile hike is a great introduction to exercise for all ages, Meet at the Vendola Drive entrance (across from the old McPhails School.

Old St. Hilary’s Broom Busters Workday, 9am-1pm, help remove French broom on the preserve, learn about the importance of invasive species removal and lend a hand! Tiburon Peninsula Club.

Mt. Tam Hike, 12pm, Breathe the fresh air and enjoy the sights, sounds and scents of nature on this easy guided hike on Mt. Tam. Designed especially for beginning hikers and those who are unfamiliar with the parks, this one-mile loop hike starts and ends at the Pantoll Ranger Station and takes approximately 30 minutes.
