Brightworks School: Virtual Open House January 4

Brightworks, a K-12 school in San Francisco that reimagines education, is consistently recognized as one of the most innovative schools in the world. We are maker-based, project-based, and student-driven. We strive to meet students’ needs in a flexible, mixed-age environment that breaks the conventional walls between school and the community outside the classroom. We offer a broad-spectrum learning environment designed to honor agency and encourage creative capacity, tenacity, and citizenship.

See our founder's TED talk for how we approach learning.

Brightworks is an innovative K-12 project-based school and a project of the Institute for Applied Tinkering, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and sponsor of Ronnie’s Awesome List.
