Bay Area Dance Week

Up the Mountains, 9:30am, 10:45am,& 1pm, ages infant to 3, combines words, song, gesture and visual media to tell a story inspired by fairy tales. Here, adults and children are free to let their imaginations run wild in their interpretation of the story being told, San Francisco Opera, Bryan Education Studio, San Francisco.

Sea Otter Classic, the world’s premier cycling festival hosting hundreds of vendors showing off their new wares and giving away lots of swag. The four-day, action-packed festival has something for everyone and includes an international food court, entertainment, bike demos, stunt shows, and activities for children, Monterey.

Wanderlust 108, 7:30am-3:30pm, a “mindful triathlon”: a 5K* run (or walk), an outdoor yoga experience, and a guided meditation – but with a twist, Strollers are welcome as well, we just ask that you are mindful of others walking and running on the 5K course, Kids can also participate.
