An ancient spiritual festival of India that made its way to the West in 1967’s Haight Ashbury – now celebrated every year in Golden Gate Park. This spectacular event includes a parade, live music, stage, free food, vendors, crafts, book stalls, exhibitions and face paintings.
The parade starts at 10:15am at 740 John F Kennedy Dr and makes its way down to Robin Williams Meadows by noon.
This events is free for all. Please invite friends and family for a day of celebration in San Francisco and a yummy lunch and parade.
