Inspired by Grace Lin’s Newbery Honor Book of the same name, “Where the Mountain Meets the Moon” relates the adventures of Minli, a spunky young girl in an ancient mythical China, who sets out on a quest to bring good fortune to her weary, hard-working family by seeking help from the Old Man of the Moon. Along the way, she rescues a friendly dragon who becomes her faithful companion.
Have fun exploring who lives in your community, as our littlest theatre-goers board a “bus” and drive through town, stopping to meet the baker, the mechanic, and other workers who ask for their help as they do their jobs and engage with the neighbors, making music all along the way.
This popular community festival showcases our town with a parade, live music, children's activities and street booths populated with San Anselmo-based schools, community groups, artisans and shopkeepers.
All national parks will waive the entrance fee. Please note the parking reservation or shuttle reservation fee is still required on these dates.
Alternately humorous and heartwarming, Snoopy, Come Home centers upon the adventures of Charlie Brown’s beloved beagle, who receives a letter from his original owner, Lila, confined to a hospital with illness.
