Join Ranger Shannon and special guest WildCare for an interactive presentation on their Wildlife Ambassador Program. Nothing is more memorable than meeting live wild animals and learning about their unique adaptations that enable them to survive. Participants will have the opportunity to meet three of WildCare’s rescued, non-releasable wild animals and learn about the fascinating adaptations that help them thrive in the wild. By sharing their rescue stories, these animals act as ambassadors for their species to raise awareness of their plight in the wild. No pets (except service dogs) are allowed. Adverse weather or poor air quality may cancel. Check the calendar, or if in doubt, call (415) 473-2816 two hours before the event to confirm the status. Registration required.
