After Party: 4:30 Drop 84 located at 2284 Shattuck Ave

Grab your skates and get ready for a whole new Downtown Berkeley experience as the DBA transforms Shattuck Avenue between University Ave. and Allston Way into a roller skater's paradise.

This FREE event welcomes roller-skaters and rollerbladers of all ages and skill levels to come skate and groove with local DJs.

Attendees bring their own roller-skates or roller blades and spend the day strutting their stuff in three specific zones.

• Downtown Dance Zone For those who want to get down.

• Chill Zone If you’re new to skating, sign up for lessons provided by a certified skate instructor.

• The Loop For those who like to just cruise roller rink style!

DJs will be spinning tunes at both ends of the event footprint perfect to dance to or just to glide to.
