Occurring on three special days throughout the year, Open Cockpit Day invites museum visitors to view our famous aircraft from the cockpit.

Aircraft include:

A-3 Skywarrior
A-4 Skyhawk
A-6 Intruder
A-7 Corsair
Harrier Jump-Jet
T-39 Sabreliner
Mustang P-51 ¾ scale
Cessna 0-2
Mig-15

Short Solent Flying Boat walk through tour for an additional fee.

Activities during Open Cockpit include:

Color Guard
Santa Clara Masonic Lodge will offer Hamburgers, Hot Dogs and additional refreshments for purchase.
Live music by The Friends of Ken Band.
European Train Enthusiasts exhibit.
Southern Alameda County Radio Controllers RC aircraft display.
ORCA Ham Radio exhibit and demonstration.

Simulators available for an additional fee
