Novato Art, Wine & Music Festival

  • Marin County, 94941 (map)

Presented by the Novato Chamber of Commerce and produced by Eckerstrom Productions, the free festival includes live music, vendor booths, food, craft beer and premium wines. The fun begins both days at 11 a.m., culminating on Saturday at 7 p.m. and Sunday at 6 p.m.

Our Main Stage will be at the entrance of the festival, sponsored by the Novato Chamber Board of Directors, and Ambassadors, and located on Grant Avenue at Redwood Boulevard.  The music lineup includes Pete Floyd, a Pink Floyd Tribute Band, Revolver, Soul Section, Miracle Mule, and others.

You will also find live music throughout the event on 3rd, 5th, and 7th street, sponsored by Hennessy Funds and Community First Credit Union. These music areas will include some of your favorite local bands such as Douglas Cross, James Patrick Regan, Zak Fennie, Mike Z, James M. Harman and others.

Of course, there is a wide selection of wine and microbrews, as well as a large array of festival food from the popular teriyaki chicken kebobs, crab fries, and corn dogs, to snow cones, lobster rolls, gourmet chicken wings and kettle corn. This year will again feature refreshing margaritas brought to you by Sabe Beverages. Commemorative beer & wine glasses are available for $6, sponsored by Thompson Builders, and HenHouse Brewing.

Back this year is the popular ‘Whimsical WiSH Wagon’ which in addition to awesome bubble play offers a fun visual extravaganza of magical imagination inside the wagon itself and teaches kids how to ‘Feed the Faeries’, or ‘Starve the Goblins’ while working to get their BEST WiSHes to come true.  Plus, everyone loves the beautiful, bubble shows by Miss Penelope Pendragon that were enjoyed last year by the kids.  Also back again are the bouncy bungee jumpers, facepainting, and the waterballz, in the children’s area sponsored by Pini Hardware.

Besides a variety of fun options for the kids, browse fine home decor, sculptures, clothing, sun hats, purses and leather goods, art posters, paintings and photography. Toe rings, earrings and other jewelry are also high on the priority list for shoppers. Local artist Jeff Lewis returns this year doing stunning landscape photography, as well as local painter John Bucklin.
