National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that encourages community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie. While the City and NPD will not be able to hold a gathering this year, Novato Police Department is changing things up and offering to drive through any neighborhood that wishes to participate, while maintaining all Marin County Public Health Guidelines.
