Now that schools are closed and we’re staying at home to keep everyone safe, I thought I’d do something to simulate the type of story time you might miss from school.

I’m reading the entire ALIENATED novel to you…chapter by chapter (all 43!). I’ll read a new chapter every weekday, and will try to post the video each day by 7 pm UK time (~mid afternoon for North America).

If you’re a teacher, I’ll update the site very soon (bear with me!) with resources (exercises, class questions, activities) in case you’re teaching remotely and want to use the book as a class “reader.” There are also other authors offering great resources during these locked-in times, simply search #UnitedByBooks or #FreeBookResources.

We all need to stay at home to keep everyone safe, but that doesn’t stop us from looking to the stars.
