Ages 7+
Before he started producing his own Laugh-O-gram films, Walt Disney worked for the Kansas City Film Ad Company producing stop-motion commercials using paper cutout animation. Join us and learn more about the history of stop-motion animation, learn techniques of how to create hinged paper puppets, then create a short piece of animation of your own.
This workshop will be held entirely online using a video conference interface. Students will be expected to have an internet connection, camera, and microphone to communicate with the teacher and other students. Basic materials such as pencils, pens, and paper will be used during the workshop. Any additional materials needed will be communicated by the teacher.
