Fall is the season of change: the days grow shorter and the shadows grow longer. Squirrels and birds busily gather acorns and seeds while deciduous oaks begin to lose their leaves. Join us on this stimulating hike with naturalist Harold Hirsch as we explore the natural changes occurring as the earth tilts on its axis and the first rains stimulate the hills to transition from gold to green. Harold will also discuss the evolution and seasonal life cycle of seeds.
Burn off some of that Thanksgiving pumpkin pie and join us for this exciting walk!
