Come and celebrate a great afternoon of Music and History

Many great talents have performed over the years in our Creek Park. Come out and enjoy marvelous Marin's music & musicians in our man made environmental oasis, Creek Park. 

Music begins at 1PM.

At 4 PM we have a history talk. Learn about Creek Park's origins from 'the mess', to the planned Parking lot right up to the banks of Corte Madera Creek, and how the Park became our Jewel and an iconic center of our Town. Dick Miner of our Historic Commission, Dave Goltz, son of the founding Architect, and the former Mayor in 1974,

Martin Blinder now 90, will speak and community members with memories and history are invited to be part of the sharing. 

 At 4:30 approximately, we will resume the music. The Sky Blue Band, a Marin BluesRock band with more than 40 years  of music history led by Walt Dickson of Dickson Ranch features Peter Penhallow, our Beatles day music director.   Also performing are Scirocco World and Sweetie Pie and her Doughboy, featuring ACT star Cathleen Riddley,

and additional special guests including Frank Bohan of the Treblemakers.
