Prepare to put on your “mushroom goggles” and look at the forest in a new way. This walk lead by naturalist Harold Hirsch will be an introductory mushroom foray. We will explore the various ecological roles these organisms play and ways we can interact with them. We will develop tools for identification and learn some basic terminology. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced mycologist, you are welcome to join the hike. Your inquisitiveness helps us all learn.
