Archbishop Riordan High School
Riordan offers students in the RSP a tiered structure of support to meet their individual needs, with flexibility as the student moves through the college preparatory curriculum. A designated faculty coordinator for each Tier facilitates communication between students, faculty, and parents about accommodations, grades, and other aspects of academic life.
Bayhill High School
Bayhill High School serves students with learning differences who are entering grades 9 – 12. Eligible students have an average to above average intelligence, yet struggle to excel in a traditional classroom or school setting due to a learning difference or a need for a small, personalized setting. Bayhill accepts students who can benefit from our unique approach to teaching students who thrive when given personalized instruction in a supportive environment.
Big Minds Unschool
Big Minds is a radically different accessible education program for Twice-Exceptional students, grades K-8. Our student-to-teacher ratio is 4:1, and all of our learning is done in project-based and strengths-led 1:1 or small group settings. We utilize what your student is passionate about as a vehicle for filling in the building blocks they might struggle with as part of their disability. Our focus is on socio-emotional development that supports both cognitive and creative growth. Students and teachers are continually engaged in a passionate, reciprocal learning process.

Compass High School
Compass High School is an innovative 9th – 12th grade program in the Bay Area that provides a multifaceted education for students with mild to moderate learning differences. Lindamood Bell Learning Processes
Lindamood-Bell has been improving the lives of students. Our research-validated programs develop the skills necessary for reading and comprehension. We believe all students can learn to their potential—including those previously diagnosed with dyslexia, ADHD, or autism spectrum disorder.
North Bridge Academy
North Bridge Academy is founded on the belief that dyslexic learners can learn the same material as their non-dyslexic counterparts, they just learn it differently. Often dyslexic students are capable of levels of achievement they previously have not been able to demonstrate. Tilden Preparatory School
Tilden Prep is a unique, WASC-accredited, college-preparatory school for grades 6-12 that teaches U.C.-approved courses one-to-one and in small groups. We also use mastery learning, teaching students to 80% (B) or higher level of mastery before moving forward. This allows us to individualize the pace and teaching method to address a wide range of learning needs. From highly gifted students who find a regular classroom setting too limiting to students with learning differences who need a specialized teaching approach to shine academically, we are working with students to maximize both their learning and their self-confidence.
