Duxbury Reef Bioblitz, 9am-2pm, The fun happens during the low tide, explore the reef and document everything we can find for a few hours, then we'll all come back together to upload our observations, see what everyone else found, bring your curiosity, a smart phone with the iNaturalist app downloaded (or digital camera), and tons of enthusiasm, Agate Beach, Bolinas.

Roll at Rush Creek, 10am – 12pm, Want to go on a scenic mountain bike ride with a ranger? Come join Ranger Ian McLorg for a morning ride along the marsh at Rush Creek Preserve, meet at the Pinheiro Fire Rd gate on Binford Rd in Novato.

MEGA Gymnastics Celebrates Olympic Day 2016, 2-4pm, free, Meet two successful gymnasts. Nicole Doherty grew up in San Rafael and trained at MEGA for 15 years before going on to win numerous awards for UC Davis as a top collegiate gymnast. Kevin Tan represented the U.S. at the World Gymnastics Championships in 2005, 2006, and 2007. Later, he helped the U.S. men win the team bronze medal at the 2008 Olympic Games in Bejing, China, 72 Woodland Ave. San Rafael.
